Open roles:

Lead projects from takeoff to closeout. Coordinate submittals, schedules, vendors, and field teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Estimate structural and misc steel scopes from plans and specs
Build submittals and coordinate shop drawings
Create schedules, buyouts, and track costs vs budgets
Sequence deliveries; coordinate with GCs and site supers
Drive RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

3+ years in steel fabrication or GC project management
Proficient with plan review software and takeoff tools
Clear communication with clients and field crews
Organized, proactive, decisive under pressure
Valid driver license for site visits

Join our shop team fabricating structural and miscellaneous steel with MIG and TIG processes. Read prints, fit, and produce high quality welds that pass inspection.

Responsibilities

Produce clean, consistent welds on stainless, aluminum, and mild steel
Read and interpret shop drawings, weld symbols, and tolerances
Fit, tack, and assemble per SOPs and QA requirements
Perform basic grinding and finishing for presentation surfaces
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

1+ years welding experience or formal training
Comfort with MIG. TIG experience a plus
Read tape to 1/32 in; use calipers/squares
Familiar with overhead cranes and rigging basics
Certification or ability to certify upon hire

Own the fit-up. Work from detailed prints to lay out, fit, and verify assemblies that bolt up in the field.

Responsibilities

Lay out parts to print using squares, levels, plumb bobs, and laser tools
Fit structural and misc assemblies within tolerance
Coordinate with welders and QC to resolve issues early
Improve jigs, fixtures, and processes for repeatability
Mentor apprentices on safe and accurate practices

Qualifications

3+ years layout/fit experience in structural or misc steel
Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol fluency
Verify measurements and tolerances before weld
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
Detail-oriented problem solver

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Raleigh, NC. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, creating opportunities to promote the company's fabrication solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exemplary services tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales for achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience with Lead Generation and Business Development to identify growth opportunities
Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with attention to detail
Familiarity with the industrial fabrication industry is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

What shifts are available?

Most roles run first shift with occasional overtime based on project schedules. Some flexibility is available during large deliveries and installs.

Is field work required?

Shop roles are primarily in-shop. Some projects require field measurements or assist with installs. PM roles visit job sites as needed.

Do you sponsor certifications?

Yes. We support AWS weld certs, forklift, crane, rigging, and other relevant training upon review.
