Open roles:
Lead projects from takeoff to closeout. Coordinate submittals, schedules, vendors, and field teams to deliver on time and on budget.
Responsibilities

Estimate structural and misc steel scopes from plans and specs

Build submittals and coordinate shop drawings
-
Create schedules, buyouts, and track costs vs budgets
-
Sequence deliveries; coordinate with GCs and site supers
-
Drive RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
Qualifications
-
3+ years in steel fabrication or GC project management
-
Proficient with plan review software and takeoff tools
-
Clear communication with clients and field crews
-
Organized, proactive, decisive under pressure

Valid driver license for site visits

Frequently asked questions
What shifts are available?
Most roles run first shift with occasional overtime based on project schedules. Some flexibility is available during large deliveries and installs.
Is field work required?
Shop roles are primarily in-shop. Some projects require field measurements or assist with installs. PM roles visit job sites as needed.
Do you sponsor certifications?
Yes. We support AWS weld certs, forklift, crane, rigging, and other relevant training upon review.
How fast is the hiring process?
We move quickly. If the fit is right you can expect a decision within one to two weeks after your evaluation.
